Episode 40: The SmartCity.Blog Podcast’s Next Guest is Nicholas Gill of BuildingLink Canada

Updated: Apr 25, 2023

We are pleased to announce that Nicholas Gill, Director Sales & Marketing of BuildingLink Canada, will discuss The Future of the Residential Multi Dwelling & Mix Use.

A graduate of Urban studies at Queens University, Nicholas has been an innovator in the technology sector since 2004 when he founded FrontDesk, a first to market property management solution designed to manage day to day communications and operations in high-rise condominiums. In 2008 Nicholas partnered with Toronto based software firm SmartSimple Software, creating SmartSimple Reality Solutions Inc. with the goal of expanding and improving upon the solutions originally created at FrontDesk. In 2012, Nicholas exited and moved on to co-found BuildingLink Canada with BuildingLink of New York, where he has been managing director ever since. Headquartered in New York City, BuildingLink provides property managers with the tools to optimize building management through their operational and communications SaaS platform. BuildingLink’s suite of software solutions helps managers turn data into knowledge, allowing them to seamlessly oversee property operations, optimize building performance, and provide superior experiences to their residents. Used by more than 6,000 properties in over 25 countries, BuildingLink’s mission is to simplify and elevate modern working and living in residential communities through inspired solutions, pioneering technology, and dedicated service. BuildingLink introduced many of the industry’s “firsts”— online maintenance requests, package tracking, amenity reservations, resident apps, and others—and continues to lead in innovation.

Please join Nicholas Gill with Co-Hosts Alan Cross & Grant Furlane as they discuss The Future of Residential Multi Dwelling & Multi Use on July 20th, 2022, at the SmartCity.Blog.
